Week commencing June 10th.
On Friday, we welcome our church Organist, Nick Wilson to the airwaves as he is giving his “Thought for the Day” at 8.15am on BigglesFM, 104.8 on the dial
Next Sunday, the service will be the shorter Holy Communion with the children’s Treasure Boxes and will be conducted by the Rev Gill. All are welcome. Also on Sunday evening, at 6pm, it is the Deanery Summer Evening Worship at Wrestlingworth Church with the new Archdeacon of Bedford, the Rev Canon Dave Middlebrook. All are welcome
Our First Steps toddler and baby group meet on Friday as usual in the church hall at 9.30am. Following the success in continuing their meetings during half term breaks, it has now been decided to take the final step and meet throughout the year with no breaks, unless the church hall is needed for a church event. This means that the weekly gatherings will no longer follow school holidays. Further details about the Group can be obtained from Group Organiser, Sandy, on 01767 260430.
Morning Prayer services will be held this week and next week, at Sutton Church on Thursday, and on Tuesday and Friday at St Mary’s, all services at 9am.
On Saturday, from 9am to 1pm, St Mary’s will be at the Potton Market event, on the Market Square, with a Coffee and Outreach stall. Please come and see us and have a chat over a coffee, or tea!
