Some news for the coming week

Our First Steps toddler and baby group meet on Friday January 18th, as usual in the church hall at 9.30am. Details about the Group can be obtained from Group Organiser, Sandy, on 01767 260430. Our Craft and Chatter group met for the first time this year last Friday. This year’s meeting calendar is now available and new members are cordially invited to come to the church hall every other Friday. The next meeting will be on January 25 at 7.30pm. Entry is only £2.50 which includes refreshments. Morning Prayer services will be held next week, at Cockayne Hatley Church on Monday, Sutton Church on Thursday, and on Tuesday and Friday at St Mary’s, all services at 9am.

Services for Sunday January 20: 9am Benefice Communion (Said) at Sutton Church 10.30am Shorter Communion with Children’s Treasure Boxes 12.30 Holy Baptism of Michael.

Coming soon: St Mary’s Patronal Festival, January 27. No services at Sutton or Cockayne Hatley that day.
