Services for Sunday December 2: 9am Benefice Holy Communion with anointing for personal renewal at Cockayne Hatley Church 10am Friends and Family for Advent 7.30pm NightLight

Our First Steps toddler and baby group meet today as usual in the church hall at 9.30am. Details about the Group can be obtained from Group Organiser, Sandy, on 01767 260430. Also today, at 12.45pm, it is the monthly Parish Lunch in aid of St John’s Hospice at Moggerhanger. Please note, we are nearly at capacity, a seat cannot be guaranteed so come early to be sure of one. Two courses, all home cooked, plus a hot drink, only £7. The Christmas lunch is on December 14th but is for booked ticket holders only.

The service next Sunday is our popular monthly Friends and Family activity service. This month the theme of course will be Advent and Christmas and during the morning, the church will be decorated. Advent starts on Sunday and there is a full programme for Advent events across the Benefice which can be found on this
